Navigation

South of the Berne rear light, a dry channel leads to the jetty. The approach can be used 3 hours before high tide and 3 hours after high tide (or less depending on the draught and deviation from MHW). Observe the colored navigation signs: A sheet pile wall is located south of the entrance! If entering late with a draught, keep to the red buoy line and enter on the south side of the jetty...

Berths

The harbor is completely dry. Berths for keelboats are limited. The moorings on the Weser side in particular are sandy and not suitable for keelboats. Soft silt to the west in the harbor
